The buffet was excellent for all meals, although we usually ate at the beach for lunch. The Speciality restaurants were a bit hit & miss but worth a try, we always felt 'rushed' but think it's because the staff try to be efficient. There was always plenty of beds on the beach even when it seemed the hotel was full to capacity. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel and we have been to a few now in the south and even Cayo Levantado and this hotel beach to our minds is better than the others. They need to change the dinner menu as it is the same for dinner, but they have a very nice menu. All china and silverware are top notch and the servers are the best in the area.   "We had an amazing stay. Just as the previous reviewer stated - can't say enough about our stay. The property is so cozy, unlike some others "mega" Bahia Principe resorts. The staff made all difference. They are very friendly and very attentive. From Carlos and Isabelle at the reception; Yselle,..." Bienvenido, Alexander, and Miguel at the Restaurants; Flor at the bar - they are just super!! The beach was beautiful, very clean, and love the corals and fish. My son had a blast snorkeling. It is nice to see that they have staff constantly going around picking up litters (man-made/naturals) on the beach and in all the public areas. This is a high quality resort. Keep up the good work!! PS: The only thing we don't care for is the Privilege Club representatives...very pushy in trying to sell the "time share" stuff. Borderline tacky!!
