  "I stayed in this hotel for a week in 2008 during winter time. I had a great time there, in spite of coming down with flu like symptoms. (There is a Doctor nearby and he had some rudimentry English Skills and was able to give me some medicine to help ease the symptoms). So the hotel itself, recently..." renovated this is obviously a "Soviet Era Hotel" but it has been modernised and is quite comfortable. The rooms are well layed out, if a little cramped - we chose a room with a lounge so there was a little extra room for us. On to the food... not Michelin Star by any strech of the imagination, but good, wholesome food of the "Russian Canteen" variety - but don't knock it...! It is plentyful, tasty and there is a great variety of food to eat. It is self service however and, clearly, there are some kids who run amok in the dinning room... So beware.   "I took a special proposal for a weekend staying. It included discount staying with free breakfast, lunch and late meal from Friday till Sunday. Very nice reception, good clean room and nice food made my weekend very remarkable. As imperfection I can indicate very small TV in the room, Turkish bat..."h with very strong smell of mold and not very convenient free SPA attendance hours. It overlapped with breakfast and you should choose where to go or be very quick to visit both activities. Bowling is good. There is a playroom where you can leave your children. The territory is quite big. There is a lot of playground for children. My impression is very positive. " More >
