  "I've stayed at the "Hotel Fred" twice now on business and have very much enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are very nice, above average in terms of decor and very inviting. I only ate in the restaurant on my second visit (July 2011) and although OK, the restaurant was very "formal", the menu w..."as limited to maybe 6-7 dishes of traditional Danish stodge. On my previous trip (March 2008) we headed into town and grabbed a pizza which was much more enjoyable. Breakfast next morning was a different story....good choice and plenty to go at. The staff were very helpful and were incredibly courteous. I developed a really bad tooth ache/problem during my stay and the Receptionist couldn't do enough to search for some pain relief. A great hotel, strange location at the back of the Superstore car park, but with easy access to the highway it's very handy. Hopefully, I'll be back again! " More >

  "All rooms were occupied so we stayed in a little cottage right beside the yachtharbour. Very simple but cosy. Excellent food . Staff very helpful .Nice surroundings and a couple of good Golf Courses nearby, Kalundborg GK, seaside course and Korsör Gk also a very nice experience. .   "Pleasant room, great service and a very nice dinner - all in all very satisfied. You are greated with a smile and feel very much at home. Rooms at ground floor have a small paved area outside with chairs - great on a sunny day. Breakfast was as it should be - not more - not less...."
