The organised trip to Vesuvious and Pompeii is well worth the money - The tour guide is very good indeed and she provides a wealth of information about the Roma / Greco history of the Campania region. Room service menu is limited, but a short walk into the local village (Alongside the port) willget you to local pizzerias and restaurants. These are good value. We bought the hotel & golf package from Mastergolf Italy, and the hotel staff made it very clear that they want the Mastergolf guests to enjoy their stay. I must say that the staff is amazing, they really did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our week.
