The spa staff were lovely and helpful one in particular showed us around however the spa itself was a little disappointing as it had a pool, one small quiet room which wasnt quiet and a gym. The two treatments were also a little disappointing, i opted for the massage which was nice but not like ones i have had before and the manicure was just painting my nails with nail varnish, which really wasnt what i thought and as i came out of the room the nail varnish stuck to the large dressing gowns provided which ruined them instantly.   "Spent 2 nights b&b at this hotel and found it very clean throughout - including the leisure centre. The staff helpful and interested in their customers. Would recommend it as a place to stay to visit Chester etc. and will certainly return."
