Public areas of the hotel are pleasant if showing signs of wear in some places, ( minor wear on stair carpet and on the comfortable sofa arms, nothing to detract from the appeal though). Our bedroom was a large family room with a most comfortable double and a single bed. the bathroom was of a good size and everywhere was clean. Couldn't fault the sleep quality. Food.. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and all to a good quality. We ate in both restaurants and had good food with excellent service on each occasion.
