The hotel is well laid back from the motorway, so noise isn't an issue though we had the double glazed windows closed, theres no air conditioning so in summer this might be different if you need to open the window.   "I stayed in this hotel from 26-29May, 2013, with my family. I did not go through a tour operator (planned everything on my own), and hence was a bit sceptical. Finding the hotel from Luzern station was a nightmare - however, I am still alive! The one-way cab fare is around CHF 55. However, the hotel..." has a tie-up with a cab, which charges CHF 40 one-way. The rooms are small - don't expect great stuff. The staff were helpful, especially Mr Daniel, who went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the menu remained the same for all three days that I stayed! There is only one restaurant (Marche), which is quite expensive, and one departmental store. Location is the main disadvantage - it is right on a super-highway, and there is no public transport available there. " More >

But the room we were given for four of us ( 2 adtults and 2 kids) could barely fit in the beds and we were left with hardly any space to either keep the luggage or even move around. The Toiletories provided were adequate and fairly good. They served very good breakfast, amp..."le choices for all. The place was also bright and welcoming.  The wifi was very good. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The main disadvantage of the place is its distance from the main city. It's quite far from the railway terminus and no public transport is available to this place. We had to take a taxi each time we wanted to come to the main town and another back in the night.
