I'd seen one review here on TripAdvisor that complained about the walk to the chairlift. It's depends what you are used to, but for me this was a short and easy walk across a car..."-park; in the past I've stayed at places where I've had to trek across town with my ski's, jump on buses etc so for me this was really quite convenient. Although there are bars and restaurants nearby it's a bit away from the Apres Ski centre; but only a ten minute walk or so. However its probably not the hotel for you if you want to spend the week clubbing on the Apres Ski; it just wasn't that kind of place which was fine by me. The food in the restaurant was really nice and of a good quality and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The fitness centre looked a tad dated; but sitting in the Jacuzzi relaxing the muscles after skiing was still a delight. ... " More >

  "I have rated it very good for the location and hospitality, the actual chalet I would rate as average. Small living area was fine for us as the larger party. Location was excellent, straight out onto the piste, and easy for the whole group to come back for lunch. Yes the piste bashers can be a b..."it noisy at night, but it is easy enough to get back to sleep. Rooms were a bit small but as we didn't spend much time in them, it wasn't a problem, we put the suitcases down the side of the wardrobe. Chalet hosts were great, food was good and wine was drinkable, and plentiful. Was a French half term, but there were plenty of slopes catering to all abilities, and plenty for non skiers/snowboarders too. Parapenting was worth the money, as was the tobogganing, I would leave that till the last day as that was where all of the minor injuries happened. Swimming pool and ice skating are included in the ski pass. All in all would return again, but would try to fill the whole chalet. " More >

  "Booked this chalet as a last minute deal with SkiFrance over Easter. We were allocated Chalet Isis on arrival with 14 other guests! Chalet was clean and spacious but rooms not the biggest unless you manage to get the room at the front of the chalet on top floor(worth requesting). The 2 staff were re..."ally good and committed to producing great food throughout the week. Proximity to the slopes is also excellent as we only had to pop round the back of the chalet to get onto the green run that takes you down to the lifts. These group of chalets are a little set out of the resort and quite a walk but resort bus is available up until 8pm. When it comes to chalet staff night off we went to the Altiport Restaurant and this was truly an amazing choice. This was high quality food and presentation and worth paying a bit more. For a late deal this was an excellent choice and would definitely consider SkiFrance again as a choice at other times of the year. " More >
