Brunella could not have been nicer to deal with, both in email correspondence and in person; she made several recommendations for my wife and I to get a bite to eat on a Sunday night, and the one we opted for (La Mugnaia) was top drawer. We had a beautiful room, overlooking the public park, very well appointed and all clean and fresh. The followiing morning, at breakfast, we eat well and were treated like real people.
