I was a little apprehensive when I read some of the reviews but the price, location and room availability was too good to pass up. We arrived at 7pm and received a warm welcome from Dan, who had also be..."en so helpful when I made the booking over the phone. We had two single rooms and a twin. One of the singles (Room 103) had spectacular views across the bay. The other rooms did not have much of a view but the decor was clean, as was the bedding and towels. The shower was a bit small and it was a little difficult to keep the surrounding shower curtain inside the shower tray (sorry for the VERY WET towel in my room which I had to use to mop up the overspill!!!). However the other rooms had the shower above a bath so there was no problem. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we were lucky to find a place on the street right outside the hotel door.
