The terminal shuttle buses stop right outside the hotel. Staff are friendly and will try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant, bar and room service are typically overpriced (£8.99 for a glass of wine!) so we walked down Bath road and ate out which was considerably cheaper.
