The location is good, far away enough from the main towns to have a p..."rivate beach with a great view and no one selling to you and using the shuttle bus provided by SBV gets you into Lamai or Chaweng easily. One downside is it's not a swimming beach, but the villa pools are great. The wedding Planner, Debbie, was very organised and helpful and did an amazing job.   "This is one of those places you do not want to tell anybody else about it, as you want to keep it for yourself. It is a wonderful retreat! The daily activities on offer are great, such as meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, aqua fitness, Pilates and cardio combat. The fitness ball class was a blast, besid..."es being a good workout. You cannot help to feel cheerfull, bouncing on a big ball  The 2 instructors for cardio combat made it a a fun class with good music, short high intensity exercises. Most classes are given in an outdoor setting with a great view. There were also workshops about health/spirituality related subjects, a cooking classes and the magic wishing lanterns event on the beach. The pool is beautiful, surrounded by plants and flowers. It may look shallow on photos, but was deep and long enough to do laps. The grounds are beautiful with colourful flowers. I did not mind the hills, considered them part of the exercise.
