I have seen previous reviews where people have complained about the food...I think they must have been staying somewhere else. I am a bit of a foody and love to cook and I could not fault the food there was so much choice, all hot and good quality ingriedients. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and the kids entertainment is great. We didn't use the kids clubs as ours were a little young but we will be going back next year and I'm sure they will get great use from them. Sometimes the drinks area in main buffet restaurant was very busy and I think they would benefit from another drinks area. They could also do with more parasols. Finally I found the bar and the entertainment room a bit dreary. These negatives didn't spoil our holiday at all - just constructive feedback really. The hotel itself was lovely with very helpful staff, including reception, cleaners, restaurant staff. Our 1 bed apartment on floor 1 in block 1 was lovely and spacious and regularly cleaned. Positives:- We stayed in block one, had a huge spacious family room (largest I have experienced in a all inclusive holiday to date) with a large balcony and sea view - lovely. The food w..."as lovely, staff friendly and helpful and hotel clean and the slide and splash pool on site is fantastic for the kids. Location was ok, buses laid on to beach and taxi to the old town albufeira only £7 euros each way. I would recommend a trip to Vilamoura one evening it's very pretty and the zoomarine was good for kids. Wouldn't waste your money on trip to the gypsy market though - dont sell anything here you can't get in the old town and the town of Loule has nothing to it. Disappointing: The pools really are cold (ice cold) which spoilt it a bit for me.
