  "We stayed in a large, first floor room, stylish and comfortable, well furnished, with an adjoining small room, and open to the courtyard terrace, There was even a nice view of the caves out the small window. Parking was conveniently close by and the location was perfect for traveling through town a..."s well as wandering the streets of Matera, a beautiful old town and area. Wish we'd stayed more than one night so we could have hiked the cave area. Enzo offered useful information of the town, provided a basic coffee and croissant breakfast in the morning. Fairly quiet although voices and footsteps of guests in the room above let us know we were not alone. Ate a great salad at a cafe by the church near by, and strolled through the busier, more modern town area, a nice blend of old and not-so-old. Although we noticed other B & Bs as we walked around, Agora Nei Sassi is very conveniently accessible, comfortable, and classy. " More >
