  "Stayed for the third time at the Caleta and seen a few changes. First time was 1972, so the hotel has evolved somewhat over the years. Food has improved and although the main restaurant is expensive, the food was lovely and the service very attentive. Also at lunch they serve superb pasta and you..." can eat in the bar during the evening, which was mostly pasta, but extremely tasty and inexpensive. The drinks in the bar are also quite reasonable. We had a sea view room and the view was glorious. Although two females, we shared a huge bed, but didn't complain as we wouldn't want to move. There is no entertainment at the hotel and the swimming pool is on the small side and not very warm, but there are some comfortable sunbeds and you are a stone's throw from the sea and a small section of beach. Buses stop right outside the hotel and are regular and not very expensive. Worth getting a hoppa ticket, which for £2.25 covers you for all day bus travel. The main centre of town is where ... The room was excellent with good views to the Rock and cleaned to a high standard everyday. There was plenty of choice for breakfast But please please ch..."ange the sausages (not nice).
