Maid service everyday except Sunday cleaning the room and clean towels everyday. All though we stayed self catering, we tried the restaurant within the Mirador which was reasonably priced and the food was really good, nice friendly staff, special mention of silvia, what a great personality she has! she even learnt all of our partys names! great evening entertainment by jezz, really nice pool area and plenty of activities throughout the day! Would recommend to anyone and would most defiantly return myself! Really nice restaurant on the beach front called "Monaco", really nice food, good pricing and really nice staff!   "We stayed here for 1 week (Starting 6th May). Lovely Hotel, we have a great room with Sea and pool view, the hotel was always clean and tidy. We managed to get a Sun Lounger at any point of the day. The entertainment during the day was good fun, my boyfriend played water polo every day we wer..."e at the hotel. The lady behind the pool bar (Silvia) was lovely, had great banter with us, all staff were really helpfull. The food was lovely, there was enough choice, but i wouldn't have wanted to have stayed longer than a week otherwise you would get bored of the food options. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 minute walk into Peurto Rico along the cliff edge footpath, with some stunning views. There was lots and bars and resturants along the back of the beach, not that we tried any but looked good.   "Firstly thank you to Angela for sorting us out with a nice room and a great view, and to Stephanie on reception from check in to check out she was fab . Now it was up to the rest of the team to play their part ,and they did not let us down between them all Reyes ,David ,Carlos Nisa,Sylvia,Carmem ,..." a smile was never far away even when they were busy.The hotel was rated as a 3star in our opinion a very very good one . The food was of a very good standard and quality . Special thanks to Chef Paco and his team who work very hard behind the scenes to keep us all happy . Reyes has a great team , and it shows in the way they help each other ,keep up the good work. The hotel is very clean . You get fresh towels every day , rooms big with plenty of space,fantastic views of the beach which is only 5min walk from the hotel .
