Coffee is extra but you can have as many refills as you want. The food was truly delicious with generous portions. I couldn't eat all the chicken so the waitress kindly wrapped the remains in foil for our cat to enjoy. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is variable and you do feel as if you are in a very old fashioned restaurant but if you don't mind that you do get fantastic value for money.   "A little off the beaten track just outside Worcester at the start of Callow End, but quite easy to find, just be aware there is no signpost marking the property, just a discreet brown sign with B&B written on it hidden behind lots of greenery. The lady of the house is a female 'Basil Fawlty, in the ..."making, but her husband does make up for her dour character with a friendly smile and a great breakfast, very attentive gentleman. Rooms are clean and well equipped with TV, complimentary tea and coffee. Yes she has put lots of 'DO NOT' signs up and manages the parking with an Iron fist, but I can not really say it bothered us, after all we can't all be happy, some of us have B&B's to run after all!   "Very convenient to town centre (walking distance) Friendly staff. Lovely room . Quite a quirky hotel but full of charm . Only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer . Only one small bad thing ....charged for using a credit card to pay the bill ! "
