I loved the location (nothing better than getting up early to do Qi Gong with that view), great atmosphere, staff were friendly and kind. program was great and got alot out of the seminars and met great people there. My only concern was the scheduling ..."of activities and thought accomodation was average for what you paid even though my room was kept clean every day. I went there unsure of what to expect but it has changed my life and would recommend to my family and friends to do at least once in their lifetime.   "A perfect time out from a hectic life"
  "I loved every minute of my stay at Gwinganna. The location is sublime, the food is delish and the programs on offer cover everything imaginable. I stayed from 4-7 April 2013 and while it rained a lot during that time, I didn't care. I still managed to get a swim and spa. I'm sure the 5 days..." programs are great but I achieved deep calm and peace in the 3 night program. I went on my own and found loads of people to talk to and the communal dining room set up goes a long way to helping people connect. The highlights for me were breaking my sugar addition ... a quite unexpected bonus. (I've been home for nearly a week and don't have the slightest interest in eating sugar :), The other highlights were Fiona's Chiball class - sensational. But best of all was Sonja - the program manager. She is so knowable and managed to add little but significant touches to each activity she lead.
