We have travelled extensively and, without a doubt, the Brigantine Inn rates top-of-the-list for accommodations, service, cleanliness, and incredible view of the harbour. The Grand Banker Bar and Grill is on-site (downstairs) and has the best food and service in town. We enjoyed all of our meals here and everything we ordered was delicious. The staff is as friendly as our expectations!!!! Our server, Courtney, was fantastic. Big shout out to you doll:) In closing, we highly recommend The Brigantine Inn.   "This was our third visit to the lovely Ashlea House and it's just like coming home! It was a delight to see John and Lynn again (and Schooner) and we even stayed in the same room as before (Westmount Room) which was just as we remembered. The last two times we visited in July so May was a bit cool..."er in Lunenburg but you can feel the warmth in Ashlea House. John had not lost his touch in the kitchen and fixed one of his famous bountiful breakfasts which left us very satisfied and content for many hours to come. It was a shame that we couldn't stay longer in our favourite little spot in Lunenburg but it was just a brief visit over the long weekend. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.
