There's no town or village or shops nearby other than a small shop in a neighborhood house. So bring everything with you that you will need. This is not a bar scene kind of place. It's a lovely cozy resort that you enjoy by diving all morning then relaxing with a drink as you watch the sunset. I had a room at the end of the row on the ground floor. Rooms have on-demand hot water showers.Very simple, clean, and safe rooms - with A/C, a ceiling fan and nice breezes.
