  "This hotel stands on a hill away from the downtown area with commanding views. It is clean, the beds have thick comfortable mattresses, loads of pillows and thick duvets. The room was too warm, but the cooling system was too noisy to have on all growling all night. Breakfast is upmarket with cheese ..."omlettes, bacon, fresh fruit and the usual pastries etc. We would have given this hotel a 5* but for the lack of plugs in both the bath and the handbasin. It was like being in a third world country. We have travelled in China and Russia but never had to use our universal bath plug, which fortunately we always carry with us. However, this could not be used in the handbasin so we had to cup our hands for the water to wash faces in the morning. How primitive. Moreover, the hotel was built this way! Why? How do they expect one to use the bathtub, or do they only expect a shower. In which case why put in a bath? Do they think travellers will steal the plugs? Also, assuming you bring your own plug... The room was beautifully decorated and well organized for your every comfort. The kitchen had everything necessary for someone staying a few days to a month or more. It was like stepping into a second home. They are centrally located close to wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
