When we checked out, we told the front desk about the door issue, he said he'd tell the manager. The manager called us, upon our return home. He apologized for the door problem and told us the security company, that installed the doors, were called and all the hotel doors were thoroughly checked & repaired. The manager was so kind and very professional and offered us a free stay due to our unfortunate situation. My daughter stayed with me at the Four Points for my 2nd stay, and we both were extremely impressed with the hotel.   "Stayed two nights at this hotel on Priority Club reward points. It was a pleasant night's sleep but had to leave the window open to keep room cool. Loads of traffic on Gateway Blvd. didn't bother me, if the window was closed, you would not hear it. Shower has decent pressure (always important). ..."Ample parking even with restaurant and bar traffic. Close to all amenities (namely restaurants). The staff there was highly attentive and made sure your stay was as pleasant as possible. The bar at the south end of the hotel provides excellent food (try their deep fried red velvet doughnuts) and is available for quick pick up if you so desire (bar is loud). Spa and Breakfast not rated as I did not use them. Recommend using points if you have them, use the partial points and cash (10000 points + $40 per night) option. " More >
