  "We just returned from a week vacation at Nuevo Vallarta. Let me share our experience with you. We never were there before, so we searched Internet for reviews – there were many. We already knew to ignore the most bad and the most excellent reviews since they reflect the truth rarely. But we looked ..."for small details in the rest of reviews. Basic opinion seemed positive lately but there were several complains that sounded reasonable. After reading all of them we decided to take a chance. Now we can say that we liked it there. Most of complains we were unable to confirm. For example, some folks did not like food in the buffet there. In our opinion food’s quality was above ‘usual buffet fare’ as one of reviewers said. Also a complain about non-responsive staff waiting for you to wave a dollar bill – total nonsense. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Once I made it to my room I realized that every aspect of this hotel has been thought about and cared about, down to the little guitar pick sticker on the toilet paper rolls! Everything screamed rock and roll but in a classy grown up and modern kind of way, I absolutely loved it. The view from my balcony was gorgeous, I saw mountains, ocean and sand all around me. Other than the over-all feel of the hotel and decor the other very high point for me was the food, I ate at a sushi restaurant and the food was fantastic, the second dinner out I ate at the Italian restaurant and I absolutely loved it as well.
