No swim up bar, no bar or food in the vicinity of the pools. There is only one sit down restaurant on the property and they deliver to the pools and rooms. I ate there several times and they serve well presented food at a very good price. Very modest, cafe styled, but a good option for eating on site. Accommodations: Room had blender and coffee maker with coffee packets. Water is potable from hotel, but apparently has an after taste so the hotel supplies a gallon of drinking water free and replacements also free. No safe in room. 2 bdrm units have a queen bed, two twins in the other bdrm and a futon in the living room. Free wifi/cable. Nice BBQ on each balcony, ... " More >

Our group had the Western/Sea/Moroccan themed rooms, all ocean views with their own balconies. The food was great, close to Puer..."to Nuevo where you can get AMAZING seafood. The notes in the rooms about the cleaning crew add a special touch and insight to the people caring for you.   "This was our second trip here. We went in October when we saw a special they had. So when it came up again we booked it again in April and 4 other people booked it to go with us. From the minute you drive onto the property you feel like you are the most important guests they have ever had. Everyone ..."is so nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful. Made sure to explain everything. The rooms are spectacular. I should really say the apartments. They are 1 bedroom suites with balconies overlooking the ocean. Then we went on to breakfast and they have a menu and also a full buffet. I order off of the menu because the food is so excellent and I have certain foods on it that I like. We had mimosa breakfasts both days and they were a great way to start the day. We also had a couple massage while we were here. I get regular massages and I have to say that this place actually does true swedish massages if that is what you want probably one of the top 3 I have anywher... " More >
