  "2 night trip for business I arrived at 3pm and my room was not ready so I was given the choice of a large room with two double beds so I took it. The room was on the third floor (338) and was stunning... large with everything you could ask for also overlooking the central courtyard. The staff were v..."ery polite and helpful and when I needed extra milk they sorted it out instantly. Reading the leaflet in the room about the copper restaurant the opening time for evening meal was stated as 1730. So off I went at 1730 to the restaurant to be told it opens at 1800 by a member of the restaurant staff ??? oh well another thirty minutes of hunger is no big deal. Once in there I was told the fish of the day was sea bass on a bed of gnocchi with ginger sauce ! 30 mins later it arrived (I'm the only person there?) . What a shock at £16 it consisted of 5 pieces of gnocchi and 2 pieces of the tiniest sea bass imaginable and this is classed as a main course. Breakfast is ample but the most expensive I... " More >
