Illico presto the kettle and cups were brought to our room before having time to undo our belongings. That I appreciate. Afterwards, the kids jumped to the swimming pool and access to sea to discover. This place has so much to offer, like a dream come true . You have to go there to see and experience it. The pool intendant was the coolest guy Ive ever met in Italy. :°)) We ate there one night at the restaurant on a beautiful terrace.   "Great overall hotel. I came here on a two day business trip in Pisa (Near Camp Darby) and wanted to find a place near the ocean that wasn't too far from work. I found this hotel on expedia and was only 22 mins from where I needed to go in Pisa. The hotel staff was very friendly, funny and loving...." The food is excellent. The first night I had a big bowl of clams and the 2nd night spaghetti and clams. Great selection on the menu. The weather was great to sit outside as well. The view was amazing. Although I went alone this was a perfect place for a couple to spend some good alone time. Very romantic and peaceful / quiet neighborhood to walk around if you desire. I stayed in room 12 (perfect view of the sea and had a good sea breeze throughout my room). Anything you need from the staff they will do their best to accommodate. Although I spoke no Italian and was the ONLY American there, the head manager spoke English perfectly as well as a few of the waitresses...so there was no... " More >

  "We stayed for just one night at the Hotel Villa Margherita when we were making our way from the Cinque Terre to Tuscany. The hotel is set overlooking the ocean and taking breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and ocean was so calming. We were greeted by the English/Italian owner who wa..."s extremely welcoming, friendly and hospitable as were all the other staff particularly the waitress at breakfast. The breakfast choice, freshness and availability was excellent and set us up for the day. Our room was opulently decorated with beautiful old furniture and opening the shutter in the morning to see and hear the ocean was truly refreshing. The bathroom was a little tired and would benefit from some refurbishment. All, in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend and/or stay again if I find myself in the area. " More >
