  "Two nights in a one bedroom lake view. There are no rooms on the beach. It is a "car-free" resort. Was a little wary because of some of the mixed reviews on here. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Had some issues with the key, when we returned to the front desk to have it fixed sh..."e offered to run us down in a buggy back to our room. The room was amazing. Excellent kitchen, big open living space, very comfortable bed and an enormous bathroom with excellent bath. While some may not like the location due to its isolation, this is the resorts best feature if you ask me. The resort is on a lovely beach, it is exceptionally quiet, rooms nestle amongst the bush with the amazing sights and smells and the stars are amazing. Dunsborough is a short trip up the road with a few restaurants and Coles. Most wineries and foodie stops are between the resort and Margaret river, so it's a great day's drive.
