As hotel doesn't have restaurant it was nice to have the dining table in our room to eat breakfast and often our evening meals. Staff were so helpful always wanting to ensure we were comfortable, and would call after sending dinner to ask if they could come and collect our trays which is great as we didn't have to worry about putting trays outside room etc. One area of improvement I would suggest is the maintenance of the bathrooms. It could have done with modernising and toilet seats changed as very old and tired looking. Also they don't seem to clean bathroom floors for some reason?? We kept our curtains closed at all times as no view other than a wall in front if us! Room service was great and very cheap. ... " More >

The room was spacious, clean, and modern with a nice ensuite bathroom equipped / power shower. Room was equiped with A/C, fan, a fridge, cupboards, a table and chairs and a safe for your valuables. Refreshments and foods are available 24 hours a day delivered to your room. Good value for money and the food is as good as any location in navsari.
