  "We have just made reservations for our fifth week-long stay here. As I read some of the reviews, I was sometimes astounded. First, the owner is immensely helpful and pleasant. She has a number of driving itineraries for the area, which is interesting and extensive. We have never run out of new place..."s to go to in our previous four visits. Her staff are professional and friendly. An amuse bouche in the room before dinner is always a treat. The restaurant is outstanding. It was the first place I had epoisse cheese, which is a luxury for me now. We have never run out of other fine places for dinner. The Auberge de Chenet, not five minutes away, is as good as anything we have had in Paris. Ditto the restaurant at the also nearby Ruat des Moulins. Elisabeth at the hotel has also directed us to a small restaurant in the next town over, and it too was outstanding.
