  "We reserved a room at the Budget Ibis on the internet for one night, after a long journey from Dover we arrived at the hotel very tired. The hotel was very easy to find just off the A38, with a large car park and two eating places on the same car park if required. The receptionist was very efficien..."t and helpful and gave us the key to our room,. The room was an ample size very clean and modern with a separate shower and toilet, all spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and also the pillows. The only fault was on entering the room there was a smell like bad eggs so we told the lady at reception and she couldn't move us because the hotel was full, but explained she had had something similar in the reception area but it had gone and she thought it was possibly something to do with the traffic, she gave us a fresh air spray and as she said within a short time it went. I would definately recommend this hotel and for the price it was excellent. Well done IBIS. " More >

  "Nice wee Ibis in great position for access to anywhere in the midlands. Only negative is the traffic noise but goes with the territory. Basic room at a basic cost job done For those runners amongst you? youre not far away from the endless canal network for towpath running :D"
