  "We stopped here on our coast to coast cycle and what a gem!! It's the only pub in Glaisdale so we had no choice but we were all really surprised by the quality of the food. The beef stroganoff was probably the best we've ever tasted and the homemade chips were lovely. Plenty of food for 4 very hungr..."y cyclists.   "We stayed here during our coast to cost walk. It was lovely place to stay after a long day of walking...comfortable, friendly, good food and in a lovely setting. It's a good place to stay if exploring the local beautiful countryside. We will be back."

  "Really enjoyed our stay here - the room was big and comfortable - with a king size bed which is such a rarity in B&Bs. Best night sleep we had all week. Really welcoming, friendly owners too. The pub down the road does really good food too. "
