  "4 of us (2 couples) stayed here in mid June. The comfort, service, attention to detail, views, position and anything else you can think of are simply the best. Others have commented on the wonderful views from the hotel, and I can only add that I agree. The grounds and buildings are beautifully kept..." and it's a pleasure just to stroll around taking in the peace and calm. As to the service it's completely faultless. Drinks (very reasonably priced) by the pool are delivered quickly, with a big smile and tasty nibbles. The breakfast buffet is presented with confidence and a great selection of pastries, local produce, fresh yoghurt and fruit, scrambled and boiled eggs, cold meats and treats like pannacotta. They avoid (I'm pleased to say) the ghastly chain hotel presentation of aluminium trays with congealed fried eggs, home fries, slimy bacon, pancakes and other such rubbish.
