  "Arcadia is set in beautiful gardens right on the beach. Most other larger resorts that we came across along long beach have built so far down they have (in my opinion) ruined their beach front. The bungalows were large, clean, with tv, hairdryer, safe etc. The breakfast was simple with western an..."d Asian influences. It was enough to start your day on. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so can't comment although apparently the BBQ was decent. We opted to venture into Duong Dong on an evening and sample the restaurants and night market there. The walk to Duong Dong along the main road would take you about 30 mins, however there were always taxi's waiting near the resort and a journey cost around 50,000 dong. We were there at the end of the season so things were a little quieter. There didn't appear to be any atmosphere in the bar area so didn't spend any time there. However can highly recommend Rorys Bar, just a 3 minute walk along the beach, for cocktails and good compan... " More >

  "Location is perfect near the restaurants and the night market. Staff is very friendly .Rooms are tidy. Price/value is very good. Very quiet place away from the noice. Good and fast and cheap laundry. And the restaurant.......very very very good food with a wonderful view. Specially during the sunse..."t, because it is right beside the sea. And it is somehow relaxing place away from the "street". Only minus is that there is no actual "beach". Highly recommend!!!!! " More >
