  "We spent a really wonderful week there. The owners were very friendly and had a good tavern with affordable prices and great food. The owners met us with free drinks and were in general very helpful and kind. We got a room with a nice terrace and a window overlooking the sea. There was enough room a..."nd we got very soft and nice bed linen. The towels were changed on the bathroom cleaned regularly. The place is just a few steps from two quite nice beaches and on a nice street whre you can shop for souvenirs. There is also a supermarket some 50 meters away. Panormo itself is very convenient to reach from Rethymno. As we stayed for a longer period, there was no problem to pay by card. There is good parking space by the port. " More >

  "Great hotel, clean, great food and drink, comfortable around the pools and on the private beach. Only down side for us was aircon not working and beds rock hard. Staff are great, food and drink are free flowing all day and night and there is a huge choice. We went to Rethymnon on one day by bus w..."hich was a nightmare as no aircon on a packed bus and it took 50 minutes. When you get there the town is covered in grafiti and pushy people trying to get you in their restaraunts, the shops are more expensive than the two supermarkets near the hotel and if you are lucky you get 10% off the super market near the hotel (the second one) All in all the hotel is great to go to for a weeks R&R and we would recomend it. If you are not into dailey activities then let the entertainment people know from day one and they will leave you alone the rest of your holiday.   "an excellent all-inclusive resoty complex ideally from couples and familys. we had a garden view room,our room was quite big with lot of space to put our clothes etc,also the bathroom was big and luxurious. All incluse package had fantastic foods and beverages collection most of them renewed every..." day. Pools and pool bar was also very nice with wide sellection of cofees-beverages etc as well as very nice quallity and wide range of snack served next to the pool. Cleaning was definetly an add point,due to room was maid twice a day! Also location is very convenience even for those hou dont have their own car,due to exactly outside of the hotel was a bus stop. We didnt use the bus,so i dont know about bus frequency etc.But from the hotel going to rethymno city is very close even with a bus( 30 min ride).
