  "The Aqua Alpine Hotel was in a perfect situation for skiing/snowboarding facilities. All my equipment was waiting at the door for me in the morning and although it was a close enough walk to the slopes, a driver took me where I desired on both days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. D..."espite my food allergies, I had plenty of selection at the dinner buffet and at breakfast, a special meal was offered without hesitation. Despite its vast size and large windows with spectacular views of icicles and snow, the bar had a cosy and romantic (if I had a man to share it with) atmosphere. I think this was dues to the large, soft sofas and natural wood burning fire, as well as the friendly staff. I also thoroughly enjoyed using the game room, we put on some music and played games. There is a huge lounge with a bar and breakfast, big enough to sit our group but still cozy enough to enjoy the winter wonderland outside. I wish we could have st..."ayed longer so I could cozy up with a book in front of the fireplace. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The big entryway is great for skiiers and snowboarders trying to take off their boots, but the metal grate was a little slippery. All the staff were warm and friendly. From my experience, I'd say it's the perfect ski lodge--great location for the slopes, beautiful interior for relaxing inside, and helpful staff to take care of you. I can't wait to go next year!
