The estate is on over 60 acres of land and has all of the amenities of a large scale resort including conference accommodations, large dining areas, and a spa. We were drawn to the hotel because it was a beautiful late Victorian property in ..."Hampshire , with current positive views on Trip Advisor. We were greeted by a friendly staff and thought the service was all four star. Dinner and breakfast were good but not great. Our room was #3 in the main house with a spectacular view of the gardens. The gardens are a sheer delight. There are walking paths that will give you the chance to see much of the property. Easy to use, just wear comfortable shoes. We will go back to this hotel but probably try during the week, when the rates are more appealing. One night cost an arm and a leg and we were not quite sure why. " More >
