  "My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at Walton Hall. The Hall is situated in beautiful grounds and is ideally placed for visiting Warwick Castle, several National Trust properties and Stratford-on-Avon. We had a premium room which had a beautiful view overlooking the grounds...." We were asked if we would like to upgrade to a suite when we arrived. As we were unsure if this would incur extra cost, we declined. The room we had however, was very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bath/wet room was also extremely large with lovely warm towels and toiletries. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel. For our breakfast on Monday we had a choice of menu between continental or freshly prepared cooked options (which I preferred) but Tuesday it was a buffet style self service breakfast (but this did have a good selection of food).   "This was a present from our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the coach house and our room was lovely .Lounge downstairs and bedroom upstairs .Had a wonderful nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.   "We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and stayed 2 nights. Upon checking in we were immediately upgraded due to the leisure package we have (£20 for a lifetime membership, which includes a free upgrade - subject to availability and a late checkout until 14.00 so definitely worth it!) To..."m checked us in and all went smoothly, I was surprised that the 1st 2 members of staff we saw were under 20- makes me feel old but they were both very professional. The room was clean and big, had windows all around too. The only negatives were, no shower, just a wet room which was a bit disappointing, I looked at another room but it was much smaller. Also there was in air con in the room and after the nights we had, we needed to cool down! And my final negative was that we were talking to anther couple and they got a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival as it was their anniversary too- I did mention at the time of booking but got nothing :( The hotel itself is amazing, th...
