Had to pay extra for wi fi which I feel was something that should have been included in upgrade however the holiday overall was brill. Nice sea view room on 5 th floor(same as reception) found all hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Animation team really nice didn't bother you at all but were delighted if you joined in and were a very happy bunch. The hotel bus into Mogan ran every day at 9.30 and returned at 12.45 (free) this was a brill service and Mogan is a must nice harbour and shops. We were very happy with our room – I had requested a room on a high level, but on arrival we were allocated a room only on the thir..."d floor but which we were very happy with, as all rooms have a good view of the sea and pool. The rooms and balconies are spacious and very well maintained. We didn’t upgrade when booking, as it never occurred to us as the time and to be honest, everything that was included in the basic package was more than sufficient. The rooms are the same whether you upgrade or not, it’s just that you get a few extra bits in your room, but we had everything we required, and it made no difference to us whether we had a premium branded alcoholic drink or a non-premium drink, as you could have a much as you wanted.   "My wife and I have just had a perfect holiday in this hotel and resort. The suite we had up on the top floor was of very good size and the view for the balcony is spectacular. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and all take pride in their positions. Spotless and fresh. Good shows and piano bar...." Food was always always available and with good choices. Full marks!!!!
