  "We chose this hotel on the basis of its picture in the Logis de France brochure, and when we arrived at the hotel we were not disappointed. The rooms are basically furnished, which is kinda what you expect for a 50 Euros a night hotel, but they were perfectly clean and had everything we needed. ..." We had an excellent "formule" meal at a very reasonable 20 Euros per head. Starters were a large "salade de campagne", which with lardons, croutons and a poached egg was very much like a salad lyonnaise. We also had a plate of very good terrine with slices of country ham. For main course we both chose an excellent steak with a pepper sauce and to finish we chose from a fine selection of good, local rustic cheeses. It was a very good meal and we also enjoyed the simple breakfast the following morning. The decor in the rooms is very dated although I couldn't really fault the cleanliness and we had ensuites in both our rooms. The food service was quick, which was appreciated as we had a tired toddler with us. Staff were extremely accommodating to our needs for the children, reheating baby food, offering a simple meal for our toddler, giving me access to a microwave to sterilise bottles, providing hot water for bottles, washing our baby bottles and bowls etc. Really helpful - thanks to Fabrice and the team.
