  "My hubby & I used Ultreia Moissac as a base to explore that region of France a few weeks ago. Rom & Aideen were friendly hosts and on arrival were keen to find out about our plans and helpfully recommended a number of excursions for us. Our room was spacious, clean and well furnished - a beautiful l..."arge room in the original part of the property. On the evenings we ate there, the food was very good indeed; well presented, freshly prepared home cooking. They even took our dietary requests on board. On each evening either one of the hosts would sit with us as we finished our meals and have a chat....it really felt like we were guests who had been invited into their home. Moissac itself (the main square is a few minutes walk away) is truly a beautiful location and must for any visitor to the region. We are intending on returning to France for a short break in the autumn and shall be including a few nights at Ultreia in our plans. " More >

  "We stayed at this hotel on Sunday 27th April 2013. We had a large,well apponted room which was very comfortable. The hotel was immaculately kept and our dog was made very welcome.We had an excellent and the service was impeccable. The hotel had a secure car park and a nice little pool although the w..."eather was not good enough for swimming! Moissac itself is a fascinating town ,it has a beautiful Abbey and famous cloisters. It is also very attractive with good shops and a river and canal to amble along. The most impressive thing about this hotel were the owners who were both absolutely charming: I inadvertantly went off with the key (which I have returned ) and they forgave me inspite of the inconvenience to them. Big, well appointed rooms. nice decor, great dining room (and good dinner). lots of parking space. staff is nice and helpful located next to Na..."poleon bridge (obviously), on the canal and 10 minutes walking to center and famous abbey. Although this time we got a room facing the road, we didn't hear a thing when the windows were closed. This will be our hotel in the city from now on! Note- hotel has no elevator. " More >
