  "We stayed at Maison Géron already several times and each time we were impressed by the marvellous indoor and outdour decoration that changes according to seasons and themes (Christmas, Easter, Valentine...). Rooms are big, clean and comfortable and breakfast is delicious (smoked salmon, wide variety..." of cheese, delicatessen, cereals, marmelades, fruit, etc.). The lady of the house is very attentionate and helpful and obviously knows something about decoration. Bathrooms, although redecorated, are somewhat outdated. But we cannot call this a minus as Maison Géron is an elegant old country house and not a modern impersonal hotel. We would highly recommend staying here. " More >

  "Totally new in excellent condition, super clean, super service, excellent breakfast. A curly 5,5 km equal about 11 car min. from Malmedy center where you can enjoy both very good food & beer, the drawback for the driver. Recommended as a B&B."

  "An amazing location on the outskirts of Malmedy. We were a party of seven looking for a base for 2 days of cycling around the Ardennes region. We got in touch In January and corresponded via email alot. As cyclists good food and fine beer is a key requirement, no doubt there are many places to stay ..."where this would have been sufficient. We had this in abundance as well as plenty of space to lounge about. Jan and Gretha didn't seem to take themselves too seriously. Yet delivered a very professional service with ease. I guess this is what hospitality should be all about. Attention is all in the detail, like discussing vegetarian requirements for one of our group before we arrived. Being away from the town centre and busy roads was also important. A surreal experience which made our trip very memorable. No doubt we will return next spring. " More >
