Much luxury, but poor service and comfort ... I have stayed for three days and the Internet connection has not worked any time. I also have had problems with the invoice for my company, since they have completely misspelled the address and didn't want to write for me a proof of my stance as other hotels have done. In relation... More

Stayed for a night while on transit through Frankfurt. Location - Quaint village. Very peaceful. Not much to visit except a few wineshops. Best if you have your own car. Taxi's are easy to get and the hotel will arrange. Rudeshiem is further away but lots more to do/ see/ eat. Service - Prompt. Efficient. Friendly. More than enough for... More

I have been in the hotel to organize our yearly family reunion, taking place every year in changing locations. I had lunch with my family and after lunch I was toured thru the hotel incl. banquet/catering facilities. The lunch was mediocre, my Carpaccio ice-cold and tasteless. The restaurant very noisy every time someone passed by the table, unless he wore... More

The building, grounds, rooms and public areas are what can be expected of a high quality Schloss hotel. The staff, although young average age, are friendly and give a first impression of competence. Breakfast, hot or cold buffet, is no better than what can be expected in a good 3-star hotel. The "a la carte" evening menu is limited, 4... More

My first stay last week was great, really. I had an incredible room even though it was old fashioned and that the bath tube was broken. Nice swimming pool but not warm enough. The bed ( matress) was amazing and staff Nice and welcoming. Today I had such a bad experience that I Will never come back: mistake with my... More

Pluses: - Good location in the heart of world-famous wine region and quite close to all the best local gourmet restaurants (as well as wineries) spread over the area. - Spacious room with a nice view from the window. - Well-equipped bathroom with a bath and bidet. - Nice breakfast. - Free sauna with a pool. Minuses: - Very expensive... More

Great service as a 5 star hotel should have, great location in the vineyards for both business & recreational activities. The hotel is a little bit oudated and I would not pay on my own the rates asked

The Schloss Reinhartshausen Kempinski in Eltville near Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt is an old castle - and the interior is just like that. The technical interior is more like the 60´s and I assume it will get a little warm inside - didn´t see any AC. But: The entrance is amazing - big, very open, spacious, the reception is quick... The hotel building is very nice and gives you an impression of glamour. The staff is friendly. But the prices for wi-fi is ridicilous. 25 euro per day per device! This should be included in the room price. Breakfast was not impressing and in line with the impression the hotel gives you in genreal. Service is also a litle bit... More

Tripadvisor should include the rating good. This hotel is just that but definitely not very good. Paid WIFI (25 Euro a day) is not of this time anymore. Especially when the wifi doesn't work. A hotel without a day (a Kempinski hotel!) is simply ridiculous. All the rest was good. The hotel is nice, the suite wonderful, service is good.... More
