We booked one night but ended up booking another once we stayed here. Upon arriving, we felt we were really on vacation. The lawns, the views, and the hotel were impeccably maintained. We even decided one afternoon to have a light dinner on the lawn with wine, cheese and sausage from a local market. We booked a wine cellar tour,... More

My husband and I, together with our baby son, recently stayed for a long weekend at Schloss Reinhartshausen. To our delight, on our arrival, we found that we had been upgraded to the Marianaue (? apologies if my spelling is wrong) suite. It was huge - dining area, living area, hall area, one bathroom off hall, massive double bedroom, and... More

We had our civil ceremony in the area and did our reception and lunch at the hotel. We and some of our guests also stayed here. We have to say a huge thank you to the staff and the management. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is professional and very friendly. It... More

Stayed in a huge room overlooking the garden and the river - as every room has a view. The furniture is a bit worn, but not in a shabby, rather the charming way. Can't recall any of the dishes I ate there, but the setting was remarkable and the staff was professional. In the town there is not much to... More

This was a quaint hotel in picturesque surroundings; it's on a vineyard in a small town outside of Frankfurt. If you are looking to tour wineries this would be a good location. It took us 2.5 hours to get there due to arriving at the Frankfurt airport at 2pm on Friday for a holiday weekend - Monday was a banking... More

Much luxury, but poor service and comfort ... I have stayed for three days and the Internet connection has not worked any time. I also have had problems with the invoice for my company, since they have completely misspelled the address and didn't want to write for me a proof of my stance as other hotels have done. In relation... More

Stayed for a night while on transit through Frankfurt. Location - Quaint village. Very peaceful. Not much to visit except a few wineshops. Best if you have your own car. Taxi's are easy to get and the hotel will arrange. Rudeshiem is further away but lots more to do/ see/ eat. Service - Prompt. Efficient. Friendly. More than enough for... More

I have been in the hotel to organize our yearly family reunion, taking place every year in changing locations. I had lunch with my family and after lunch I was toured thru the hotel incl. banquet/catering facilities. The lunch was mediocre, my Carpaccio ice-cold and tasteless. The restaurant very noisy every time someone passed by the table, unless he wore... More

The building, grounds, rooms and public areas are what can be expected of a high quality Schloss hotel. The staff, although young average age, are friendly and give a first impression of competence. Breakfast, hot or cold buffet, is no better than what can be expected in a good 3-star hotel. The "a la carte" evening menu is limited, 4... More

My first stay last week was great, really. I had an incredible room even though it was old fashioned and that the bath tube was broken. Nice swimming pool but not warm enough. The bed ( matress) was amazing and staff Nice and welcoming. Today I had such a bad experience that I Will never come back: mistake with my... More
