We were supposed to stay at the hotel for 2 nights, but decided to leave after 1 night. Pros and cons in brief: Pros: Very nice staff Beautiful location and garden Character to the old building Cons: The hotel needs a total renovation; the standard is very poor The air condition is not working The wifi kept disconnecting It is... Pretty nice place with beautiful surroundings and back garden / patio second to none. The whole setting along wine ranks on one and the Rhein on the other side makes this hotel great for a weekend. Central AC was noisy and room too warm which was the only downfall. Can be recommended, fix the AC and I agree it's in... More

Positive: + Staff are friendly and try their best (but don't always succeed: waited for simple lunch for 40min) Negative: - value for money is non existent, e.g. (1) room charge of €260 / night w/o breakfast for so-called "deluxe room" - issue: room absolutely sub-standard requiring renovation urgently (air con super loud, furniture 20+ years old, no facilities usually... The Hotel building is most impressive, beautifully decorated formal rooms, spa is excellent & as good as any you will find, the staff are pleasant & clearly wish to be helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive & good quality in a lovely setting of the winter garden overlooking the gardens, ideal hotel for a relaxing weekend, downside was I booked a... More

The building is amazing and very well maintained even if quite old. I have appreciated the bedroom size and the nice view of my room (on the river). I do not like moquette and this is the only reason why I did note rank it as 5 stars. Breakfast is ok with wide range of sweets and cereals. Wifi is... More

This hotel was very quaint but luxurious the bed was superb and the rooms were clean in the outer buildings which have been renovated for style was well worth the visit the only things letting this hotel down was the service, staff was abrupt and not welcoming and the food was presented well but not cooked well. It toy eat... More

We booked one night but ended up booking another once we stayed here. Upon arriving, we felt we were really on vacation. The lawns, the views, and the hotel were impeccably maintained. We even decided one afternoon to have a light dinner on the lawn with wine, cheese and sausage from a local market. We booked a wine cellar tour,... More

My husband and I, together with our baby son, recently stayed for a long weekend at Schloss Reinhartshausen. To our delight, on our arrival, we found that we had been upgraded to the Marianaue (? apologies if my spelling is wrong) suite. It was huge - dining area, living area, hall area, one bathroom off hall, massive double bedroom, and... More

We had our civil ceremony in the area and did our reception and lunch at the hotel. We and some of our guests also stayed here. We have to say a huge thank you to the staff and the management. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is professional and very friendly. It... More

Stayed in a huge room overlooking the garden and the river - as every room has a view. The furniture is a bit worn, but not in a shabby, rather the charming way. Can't recall any of the dishes I ate there, but the setting was remarkable and the staff was professional. In the town there is not much to... More
