I think it is the biggest hotel in Phrae. A lot of the parking. They separate restaurant and room clearly. At front dest look old even it is decorated with antiques. Food is good. The hotel is near Big C shopping center.

This place was probably quite hip during the Vietnam War. And it's probably the last time the decor and fixtures were changed. Other than that, the price is good (650B) for two double beds. You will not hang out in this room. (Correction: I just looked, the phone is from the 1980's and not the 1960's)

The Maeyom Palace is certainly a nicer hotel but I was quoted more than double the price so I decided to stay at NP tower. I... More
