We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, food was great and there was some great scenery on the game drive (would have been nice if the guides could give us a bit more information)...

It was pure bliss sitting on the stoep with a glass of chilled white wine while admiring the view near the dam and watching the animals graze nearby and the birds nesting in surrounding trees. Food for my soul!

Excellent, at least for a couple of days; when one stays longer, one's hobby must be bird watching or one should bring company to play games and have talks or bring some work to do). But worth a short stay, for instance on one's way from Windhoek to Etosha.

We had very nice service at Otjiwa. The people were super friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, with a beautiful view. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also superb. Thanks

Otjiva Safari Lodge treated us with the utmost friendliness during our stay in their camping area. We used their WiFi at the Main building and had a few meals there. The food was real good and the value for money great. Ablutions were very clean and comfortable. Maybe the other campsites in Namibia can come and take a few tips... More

We were welcomed at the gate by Bennie, the guard, with his big smile and welcoming words. We slept over at the campsite for one night after travelling through Namibia for 14 days. By then we were familiar with the general standards of campsites, and Otjiwa is really a cut above the rest! There were wood to make a fire,the... More

Firstly, specify MOUNTAIN LODGE! ...because that's where the serenity, spectacular view, beautiful bungalows and lovely dining-bar-lounge-reception facility on the TOP of the hill is (...beware, it is not quite 'mountain' but it is spectacular!). We were received by Piet & Maureen despite a booking gone wrong. They quickly got everything into place even though they were in the midst of... More

We stayed at the self catering chalets and were disappointed. The chalets are not well equipped at all; not seating outside, no pots, pans, etc. Most lodges in the North of Namibia supply either a mosquito net or insect repellents, Otjiwa had only mosquitos, nothing to keep them away..... The furniture and lay out inside the chalet is not welcoming... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The room had plenty of space. We could see sunset from our bed. The game was around the lodge and could be seen when eating dinner. We enjoyed it very much to stay at Otjiwa Lodge. Ist a good place o relax.
