It's the fourth time that I chose to stay in Dimitsana. And the four times in Kazakos Guesthouse. It's a beautiful traditional mansion, very warm in the winter times, plenty of room for families, in a quiet neighborhood. The hospitality of the owners, Thefi and Irene, is superior and the breakfast is awesome, with many homemade greek organic products. I totally... More

We just returned from a lovely weekend in Dimitsana. The guesthouse was great, small but homey with nice rooms ,plenty of amenities and plenty of heat. It is made of stone and is run by two young ladies who treat you like friends and smile all the time. Breakfast was super! Everything was homemade in the premises using fresh local products.... Kazakou guesthouse it's an old, beautiful decorated, renovated building in the heart of Dimitsana. The owners are friendly and they do make an amazing breakfast. We were there with my family for a weekend and we stayed for two nights. The room clean and spacious was on the second floor facing the village square, probably the windows have no soundproofing... We loved this guesthouse. It is in an old building but with modern facilities and beautifully decorated. Our family room was big and comfortable, with great views to the village and church (even from toilet window!). As expected, breakfast was perfect - all home made and with attentive service. There was even tomato jam - it tasted great but would... More

The guesthouse has just undergone a renovation. Whilst it is in a traditional building its interior is very modern and very tastefully decorated. We only stayed here one night but wished we could have stayed longer. What a gem! Breakfast was sensational - they even served us chocolate cake!

If you are lucky enough to stay a few nights in the mountain village of Dimitsana you should consider this guesthouse. Although the price is a little high the experience is "old world". The guesthouse is run by two young woman who make you feel at home and are very helpful. They also cook up a mountain Greek breakfast that... More
