We went in November and the oudoor pools were closed. The only choice was the indoor spa pool which you had to wear a swimming cap in. Not a good look. Firstly, if you book a king room on-line at hyatt.com with complimentary beers and soft drinks for 255Euros you can avoid the steep drinks costs at the pool bar. We have just returned from our first trip to the Hyatt. We went with much anticipation and with high hopes. Through the hotel we booked a minivan (120Euros for 20 minutes!) from Murcia airport to the hotel. The mini van was about 10 minutes late: no apology or explanation: a sign of things to come...
