Set in a beautiful location but the resort is not at all maintained well.There is no continuous supply of hot water.Cockroaches running all over the room.curtains are dirty .there is a prevailing bad smell.buffet dinner with limited number of food items.

The location of the resort is good but no extra facilties for the kids or adults .the restaurant is also basic with no bar or food choice and u have to completely depend on the resort for every thing because ur far from the town area.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay here! Excellent service, excellent accommodations, and great people. Best rooms are the Sunrise Suites. Large airy. Huge terrace balconies for brilliant misty views. Perhaps the largest resort in Munnar. Fairly remote although daytime traffic can be noisy. We stayed for 3 days, the room was good, well maintained. The view was awesome, tea plantations and the valley view. I for one made sure to wakeup before the sunrise to watch it. It was relaxing to just sit in the balcony and look around. The food is excellent, the staff are very friendly and responsive to any request.... More
