TO ANYONE WHO HAS READ VERY BAD REVIEWS PLEASE IGNORE THEM THIS HOTEL IS VERY GOOD,we arrived 3rd Oct 2009 at 5.30pm Dominican time 5hrs behind English time, check in @ the hotel was fast and rooms were ready very clean and tidy although the beds where hard and the pillows the same,maids came in every day and towels changed... more

Stayed there May 17 to 24. I need to seperate the review into two parts, the people (employees) and the facility. The employees were GREAT! They'd do anything they could for you, and were always friendly. I know about 20 words in Spanish, and they were always appreciative of my attempts to use them. The facilities are another matter.
