We had to move out of our rented house due to the boiler needing urgent replacement. We were booked into this hotel. On the website it looked basic but had a restaurant - important as we had our two children with us. As we parked I could see it was not in the best order but am an eternal optimist... More

I cant believe that this hotel allows guests to smoke in the bedrooms. The hotel smells of cigarettes as soon as you walk in. I asked for a none smoking room and was offered a room with out a bathroom!!! Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked by the very accommodating waitress/cook. The rooms are dull and the bathrooms need... More

Stayed here overnight on business, very basic rooms with very poor water pressure in my en-suite - whatever time of day it was! Wasn't advised the restaurant only opens for breakfast service & doesn't offer evening meals. Luckily there is a very good indian restaurant next door (see my review of Spice Hut), that was very nice indeed. Breakfast was... More

We stayed for one night & were thankful for that. The rooms take basic to a whole new level, everywhere seemed like it needed a good clean and it was just generally run down. In summary it seemed like a Travelodge/Premier Inn had been taken over and run into the ground with no maintenance whatsoever. Would not return!

If you ever have the misfortune of needing to visit Milton Keynes, I would thoroughly recommend you avoid this "hotel". The experience began at check in where I was chastised for not allowing the hotel to charge me the day before my arrival. The owners were sat down in the lobby and proceeded to tell me "how lucky I was... More

Communication after booking and before arrival date was excellent - the hotel responded quickly to my email. Check in was efficient - the receptionist welcoming & immediately recognised my request. Since a local indian restaurant opened nearby, their restaurant closed so having an evening meal is limited, and there was a wait for breakfast, but what was served was good.... More

Right, let's start with the positives .... Superb parking, brilliant curry house next door , well stocked garage for essentials within walking distance , hot water ,comfy bed and the reception staff where pleasant . General info, yes the decor is tired and dated, it does smell in places , the place is in need of some love for sure,... More

I stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. I was appalled. The rooms are dirty, smelly and just plain horrid. All of the staff were Eastern European as were all the other 'guests' they were rowdy and I was sleeping next to the bar. The breakfast was inedible. Vile.

We booked a room earlier this year for a wedding but we unfortunately had to cancel our room as the wedding was postponed. We cancelled the room at least a month in advance of the date booked. The hotel has since taken payment from my partners account and the staff are unbelievably rude and just keep passing us around, not... More
