The hotel is not a great hotel, but not as bad as most of reviews say. The staff were very good, especially the girl on reception in the morning. Extremely helpful and efficient. Im a contractor and the hotel is more then adequate.

On arrival I was greeted my Eastern European staff. Sense of humour they did not have, no smiles or common sense. Next time I'm down (next week) I will avoid and stay in a Premier Inn. Better values and smiles

Price went up from original price stated on booking web site. Very dated rooms. Tv is tiny. Unhelpful staff that don't speak very good English. Horrible bathroom that's very dated and finished badly. From the outside it looks very unkept and poorly maintained. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE AVOID

fairly late booking for British Grand Prix at Silverstone, bathroom dismal - toilet brush disgusting, shower curtain brown and stained, one of the twin beds missing a bit on bottom of bed leg so bed wobbled. To be fair management sent someone up with new toilet brush and shower curtain to change within half an hour following complaint made. Quite... More

We won tickets to the British Grand Prix at silverstone so had to book a hotel late on and this turned out to be the cheapest we could find at late notice. Having read the scare story reviews we was a little nervous but we was up early and back late every evening so didn't spend to much time in... More

So. Context. Stopped here for one night for the Grand Prix. Arrived late (midnight) and left by 6am. After reading all previous reviews has some trepidation about cleanliness, safety and generally not good feelings... Happy to report that the room was clean, the welcome friendly (if a little quirky) and, importantly safe. However, decor is old, location is remote (as... More

Greeted by someone who's response when we said we had made a reservation was 'sorry I'm foreign write it down' wasn't a good start. The room was basic which is fine as we weren't here for facilities but more for the location. The bathroom was awful though. A filthy shower curtain, no bath mat (but instructions on how to use... Just needed an overnight stay in Milton Keynes area, so didn't bother looking at reviews - what a big mistake. Room was freezing cold as no heating on and window had been left open - in February, took about 6 hours to warm up. Bathroom had mould round bath, toilet did not flush properly. Most uncomfortable bed we have ever... More
