This is the perfect place to come for a beach holiday, stylish decor, nice owners and people working there .... only one thing ..... a coffee/tea maker in the room is mixing, except for that I can not think of anything to complain about, at all :) Loved it!

Far from Ajaccio airport (1hr drive in winding mountain roads(bad if anyone suffers from nausea in the car). Car hire is absolutely necessary. No public transport. Very good food but pricey. Breakfast not included in the price of the room(shocking)! Clean modern rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. Not suitable for toddlers as there is constant traffic passing in front... More

The hotel (even if "residence" souds better) is nicely located just in front of small Porto Pollo harbour, nevertheless it's too expensive compared to what it can offer: here negative remarks (followed then by positive ones) - superior rooms (at least mine) have very large bathroom (useless) and just a small corridor around the bed: impossible to sit down on... This is the best place to eat in Porto Pollo! Good service and nice food. A bit pricey, but worth it. Family friendly, and with kids menues. Can recommend a visit. Have no opinion about the hotel, we only ate here.

The hotel is located on the right end of the bay, overlooking a charming little harbour. The beach is nice (not the clearest water and the most white sand you can get in Corsica, but ok), and not crowded (at least in end of June). The room we had (#1) is small but clean. The Balcony was a bit disappointing... More

This hotel is not a 4 star one! On the plus side: 1/The cleaning ladies are great - everything spotless 2/The room is big 3/The view is on the bay and therefore very nice and has a beach just in 2 min On the negatives: 1/ 20euros supplement for room service per each breakfast in the room (really?? in a... I was a bit concerned by the previous reviews but my experience was really different. I was on my own for this part of my trip to France and the hotel staff went out of their way, calling me in advance to make sure my arrival went smoothly and providing a level of kindness, advice and thoughtfulness that was exceptional.... contrary to the previous comments our experience could not have been more different... our room was spacious, tasteful and charming .. we had a balcony with comfortable chairs and a brilliant aspect of the sea before our eyes... the pool was clean and the loungers really comfortable..dinner was memorable as was our breakfast.. indeed the staff were really friendly and... Had booked in good faith via Booking.com for 5 nights in a superior double room in the knowledge that this was a four star hotel. However our room was very small (could hardly manoeuvre round the bottom of the bed). Our main concern was that in order to reach the restaurant on the ground floor we needed to go outside... More

so, as the review from Scheimear states, it is a great hotel that needs improvements. Apparently the owner has not taken their criticism to heart because the sultry waitres is still sultry and aloof and the owner shouts at people, on the phone, during breakfast. Now, sure mediterean culture being different it makes people boisterous and enthousiastic, but where ever... More
